Alison Philp

BA(Hons) in Drawing and Painting from Edinburgh College of Art and recently completed an MFA in Art and Humanities. Fascinated by the experience and phenomena of Scotland’s remote edge lands; the creatures that become visible when you sit in it, the changeable weather, light conditions and also the power of wild places on individual psyches.

Directions: Studio is in row of white cottages in the village of Rathillet. Turn off the A92 at the road signposted for Cupar. Old primary school is on the left and there is a common on the right. Turn onto the lane next to the common (past sq. of brown cottages) and head down till you see The Row. Park in lane
