WoodWorks Project

WoodWorks is an innovative project supporting creative young people to develop their own woodland based enterprises in a renovated sawmill. Through the project participants have mentored with highly skilled crafts people to develop a range of woodland based products, which honour both Scotland's heritage & sustainable woodland resources.

Directions: We are 10 miles off the M90 between Perth and Edinburgh. Travelling south take Exit 9, and follow signs for Glenfarg and Gateside to join A91. Before you get to the village of Falkland, turn right at the sign for Pillars of Hercules. Continue for 1/2 mile, and take the first left.
Access: Parking is available in front of our Woodland Hub, second entrance to your left.
Points of Interest: Surrounding our Woodland Hub there are many woodland walks to explore. Visit the Information Hub at the Stables to pick up maps and leaflets where you will also find refreshments. The village of Falkland is within walking distance with many lovely shops and Falkland Palace and Gardens.
