George grew up in the village of Wanlockhead in Dumfrieshire and went on to achieve a degree in Interior Design at Edinburgh College of Art.
George likes to explore a sense of place in her work, and likes to approach subject matter with a combination of playfulness, curiosity and carefully observed details

Directions: As you enter the village of Wormit (from the B946 side) there are fields to your left and houses on the right. My house is the first semi detached house on the right, and is number 73 Kilmany Road. My studio is the wooden building at the back of the house in the garden, beyond the wooden wall.
Access: There is extensive on street parking available
Points of Interest: Wormit is a beautiful village, and is a lovely place to visit. There are lots of lovely walks including the Bay Area and Fife Coastal Route, where you can take the opportunity to enjoy Incredible panoramic views over the Tay.
